Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

We value your time and commitment to your mental well-being. The following policy outlines our terms for appointment cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows, and refunds.

Appointment Cancellations

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance without any charges.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling Policy

  • You may request to reschedule your appointment by contacting us via email or phone at least 24 hours before the session.

  • One reschedule per appointment is allowed without additional charges if requested within the permitted timeframe.

No-Show Policy

  • A “no-show” refers to a client missing a scheduled session without prior notice.

  • No-shows are non-refundable and considered as a used session.

Refunds

  • Full refunds will be issued only for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance or in cases where the session is canceled by the therapist or clinic.

  • If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed using the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with appointment details and reason for the request.

Package Sessions

  • For prepaid session packages, unused sessions may be refunded upon written request, provided no session in the package has been attended.

  • Once the first session is used, partial refunds for remaining sessions will be at the discretion of the clinic.
