Revenue Share Agreement
This Agreement is made on [________], by and between:
Mindra Care, operating under the domain https://mindracare.com , with its
principal office located at LSD Productions, 2nd floor, Nandanam building,
Opp.Pillar 78, Kadavanthara, Kochi, KL 682020,
and
[Full Name of the Mental Health Professional], a licensed [Psychiatrist /
Psychologist / Hypnotherapist] practicing at [Professional Address]
(“Professional”).
Fee Structure
- Fee Determination: The Professional has the sole right to determine the consultation fee listed on the platform.
- Revenue Split: For every paid session or service booked via the platform, the revenue is split as follows:
- 70% is payable to the Professional.
- 30% is retained by Mindra Care as a service fee.
Payment Terms
- Remittance: Payments will be remitted to the professional on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis as per the chosen payment method.
- Platform Compliance: All payments must be processed through the Mindra Care platform.
- Prohibition: Bypassing the platform system to accept direct payments from clients is strictly prohibited.
- Fee Consistency: Professionals must keep their platform consultation fees consistent with their actual charges
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out
of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala. - Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and
supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or communications.
