Cancellation Policy
This Agreement is made on [________], by and between:
Mindra Care, operating under the domain https://mindracare.com , with its
principal office located at LSD Productions, 2nd floor, Nandanam building,
Opp.Pillar 78, Kadavanthara, Kochi, KL 682020,
and
[Full Name of the Mental Health Professional], a licensed [Psychiatrist /
Psychologist / Hypnotherapist] practicing at [Professional Address]
(“Professional”).
Communication Standards
- Inquiry Acknowledgment: The professional must acknowledge new client inquiries within 24 hours.
- Booking Management: Professionals must confirm or decline booking requests within 48 hours using the platform’s system.
Cancellation Protocol
- Notice Period: If a session must be cancelled or rescheduled, the professional must notify the client and update the system at least 24 hours in advance.
- Short-Notice Penalties: Repeated cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a compliance review.
Compliance and Appeals
- Violations: Breach of conduct or responsiveness policies may lead to suspension, probation, or permanent removal from the platform.
Response Time: Professionals have 10 days to respond to or appeal a written notice regarding a compliance issue.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out
of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala. - Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and
supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or communications.
