Regulatory Compliance

• Legal Standards: All practices must adhere to local and national laws, including India’s IT Rules and GDPR where applicable.
  
• Ethical Oversight: Professionals must comply with the ethical standards of their governing bodies, such as the IPS or RCI.

Data Security

• Confidentiality: Professionals must maintain strict confidentiality of client data and are solely responsible for legal compliance regarding this data.
• Approved Systems: Only platform-approved, encrypted systems should be used for storing and sharing sensitive client information.
• Legal Notices: Any legal notices, subpoenas, or court orders regarding client data must be forwarded immediately to the platform’s legal team without a direct response from the professional.

Credentialing and Consent

• License Maintenance: Professionals must maintain valid, current licenses and notify the platform of any changes within 14 days .
• Credential Audits: Professionals must participate in quarterly audits and submit required documents within 7 days of a request.
• Informed Consent: Professionals are required to obtain and retain their own audit-ready records of informed consent for all services, providing them to the platform within 7 days upon request.
• Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out
  of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive
  jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.
• Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and
  supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or communications.
