Purpose
This Agreement outlines the terms under which the Professional will be listed on
the Platform’s directory of mental health practitioners and offer services through
the Platform.

Scope of Services

• Platform Responsibilities: Mindra Care will list the professional’s credentials, specialization, and consultation fees, facilitating user access through appointment requests and promotional visibility .
• Professional Responsibilities: The professional agrees to provide services directly to clients engaging via the platform, ensuring timely responses to inquiries .
• Standard of Care: Professionals must maintain a professional standard of care and are solely responsible for clinical practices and patient relationships .

Professional Conduct & Ethics

• Conduct Standards: Professionals must treat clients with dignity, respect, and cultural sensitivity while maintaining strict professional boundaries .
• Independent Status: The professional acknowledges they are an independent service provider and not an employee or partner of Mindra Care .

Term and Termination

• Notice Period: The agreement remains in effect unless terminated by either party with 14 days’ written notice.
• Immediate Termination: Mindra Care may terminate the agreement immediately for professional misconduct, misrepresentation of credentials, or violation of platform ethical standards.
• Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out
  of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive
  jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.
• Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and
  supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or communications.
